Standard delivery costs R59 per order to addresses throughout South Africa. The charge applies once per order and is shown at checkout. We do not offer international delivery.

Dispatch and tracking

Bob Go is connected for courier fulfilment and tracking. Items may be packed together or dispatched separately; the shipping charge displayed for your order remains the agreed charge. We will communicate availability and expected dispatch/delivery timing for your order. No same-day or fixed delivery date is promised unless expressly agreed.

Collection address

Our collection point is Unit G8, Riversands Outlet Park North, 75 Century Boulevard, Riversands, Fourways, Gauteng, 2191. Customer visits or collections must be arranged with StockDrop first.

If delivery fails, we will contact you about the next steps and agree any applicable additional charge before proceeding.

Problems with a delivery

Report missing, damaged or incorrect items with your order reference. Keep any packaging that helps investigate transit damage. See the returns policy; courier claims processes do not replace your consumer rights.
