Returns & refunds

Start a return

Email sellergridsa@gmail.com or call 060 477 2730 with your order number, the item and the reason for return. Photographs can help us assess damage or an incorrect item. We will provide return instructions; do not send goods to an unconfirmed seller or courier address. Keep accessories and packaging where reasonably possible, but absence of original packaging does not automatically remove statutory rights.

Faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods

Where the Consumer Protection Act applies, goods that fail its quality standards can generally be returned within six months of delivery, without penalty and at the supplier’s risk and expense, for the applicable choice of repair, replacement or refund. Tell us about a defect or incorrect delivery promptly so we can help. This does not limit rights or warranties that apply for longer.

Change of mind on online purchases

Where section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, you may cancel an online goods purchase within seven days after receiving the goods without a reason or penalty; the direct return cost may be payable by you. The statutory refund period is within 30 days of cancellation. Legal exclusions can apply, including certain personalised, perishable or unsealed goods, and the rules for auctions differ. We will explain any exclusion relied upon for your item.

Used and refurbished products

Condition and specifically disclosed defects matter when assessing a return. A used label does not automatically remove consumer rights. Damage caused by misuse or unauthorised alteration is assessed separately from a defect present on supply.

Refunds and marketplace purchases

StockDrop coordinates returns with the supplying seller and payment provider. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method; bank processing time can vary. We will communicate progress and any lawful deduction before applying it. Nothing in this policy restricts a mandatory legal remedy.
